Apart from the obvious, this CCTV camera was suffering from condensation and screws were missing from the casing.
We replaced the camera and secured the cabling on taking over the maintenance of the system.
The battery was way past its sell-by date and could have caused serious damage to the alarm system.
Fortunately it didn’t and we replaced the battery on taking over the maintenance of the system.
